Who Am I?

I reside in Queensland, Australia, where the scorching heat can sometimes be too much to handle. My feline companion goes by the name Lucifer, despite his angelic demeanor most of the time. I have been blessed with two adult sons who embody kindness and compassion in all they do. No matter if I mess everything else up, I’m proud to say those boys are my greatest success.

From a tender age, the art of storytelling has been my constant companion, narratives unfolding in my mind like old friends, sometimes to hide from reality and other times just because I could. The sheer notion of others finding joy and solace in my tales continues to be a source of disbelief and immense gratitude.

Writing has become more than a passion; it's a lifeline, a way to navigate through the complexities of existence. The simple pleasures of reading, crafting stories, indulging in cups of tea, and relishing dark and stormy nights form the tapestry of my everyday joys.

Despite having spent five decades on this mortal coil, I find myself still waiting for that elusive feeling of being a true adult.
